I’ve finally taken the time to put together the cover for Styrker #6, In The Ages To Come. Usually I do this before I even start on the book, but this time I didn’t.
I’ve taken a different approach this time. The past Stryker covers have all been photographs taken by Earle Kinder. I used them because they are dark and brooding and full of atmosphere – which is what I wanted. For this book, though, I wanted something that had hope – something that looked toward a better tomorrow.
I ended up using a picture I had taken in Guatemala last year. I think it worked out pretty well:

Earlier this year I completed the first draft of Stryker #6, In The Ages To Come. I’ve now begun the long process of cleaning up the draft and preparing it for publication. Since this will take a while, I’ve decided to post each chapter on this blog as I have it ready.
