Matthew 11:27
Matthew 11:27: “All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.”
This is another reason why Jesus is the only way to God: simply put, no one can even know God unless Jesus reveals Him. Jesus is the only way you can get to God at all. Jesus is the only sacrifice for sins. His offering – the offering of His life – is the only one that can save us. There is no other name whereby we must be saved. The world hates this, but it is the truth: Jesus is the only way.
Notice, too, that Jesus has to reveal the Father before He can be known. We do not come to God; He reveals Himself to us. God does the calling. We cannot be saved apart from His intervention.
