Revelation 22:16

Revelation 22:16: “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.”

Earlier in the book Jesus said that He would give the bright and morning star to those who overcame. Here we see just what that means: Jesus is the bright and morning star. He is offering to give Himself.
