Revelation 17:8
Revelation 17:8: “The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.”
This should not be overlooked! Did you catch what that said? “whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world“.
When were our names written in the book of life? When God laid the foundations of the world, long before we were born.
Who will be saved? All those whose names are written in the book!
Our ultimate fate was decided long before we ever existed. God reached out to save us and record our names before mankind even walked the Earth. Our future is not in doubt and cannot be taken from us.
