Summary of Romans
I’ve managed to complete my summary of the book of Romans. You can find it here:

Normal commentaries provide an in-depth view of verses within a chapter; I have written such things, and in fact verse commentaries are posted on this blog on a regular basis. However, I think there is also value in doing the opposite – providing a high-level view of entire books. Sometimes, when you are examining leaves under a microscope, it can be easy to miss details that can be plainly seen if you fly over the forest in an airplane. I think there is a need for both views: the microscopic view that commentaries provide, and the macroscopic view that summaries provide.
So here you go. My intent is to work my way through the Bible, book by book, until I’ve summarized everything. I’ll post the summaries here as I get them done.
